We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll make it right.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email support@vellumehome.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions. Please do not ship items back without contacting us first.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be processed for dispatch.
