Shipping Policy

We want you to know exactly when your lighting will arrive — no surprises.

Processing time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time: Standard delivery to the United States takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Some items may arrive in separate packages — you'll receive tracking for each.

Shipping costs: Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $60 ship free within the US.

Tracking: Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@vellumehome.com and we'll investigate immediately.

Delays: During peak periods (holidays, sales events) delivery may take a few days longer. If your order is significantly delayed and we can't locate your package, we'll reship it or refund you in full.
