Refund & Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags (where applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number as proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at support@vellumehome.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package, including the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — in most cases without requiring you to return the damaged item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Order cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, your order may already be processed for dispatch and can no longer be cancelled.
