Shipping Policy

We want you to know exactly when your lighting will arrive — no surprises.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery to the United States takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Some items may arrive in separate packages — you'll receive tracking for each.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $60 ship free within the US.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@vellumehome.com and we'll investigate immediately.

Delays

During peak periods (holidays, sales events) delivery may take a few days longer. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us — if we can't locate your package, we'll reship it or refund you in full.
